Serenity Soy Candles candles are individually hand poured and hand crafted using only the finest ingredients. Fragrances are uniquely developed, as we also offer a custom fragrance collection. Since our candles our handmade, no two candles are alike. However, if you are not satisfied with your candles, please notify us within 10 day of receiving the items and we will:

Order Processing Once an order is received it will be processed and sent out 2-4 days after receiving the order. Holiday orders will take up to a week. If a candle is out of stock, the customer will be notified right away.
Shipping We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for our shipping. Our customers will be charged only the actual shipping cost. Shipping cost will be on your invoice.
Sales Tax We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries in the state of Michigan, since our company headquarters are in this state. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address. All deliveries outside the state of Michigan are exempt from taxes.
